Nummular eczema is a type of skin Allergy which causes dark spots and red patches on the skin. The exact cause of nummular eczema is unknown but having chronic disease like Asthma and allergic reaction increases the risk of getting eczema. Avoid wearing wool and lenin clothing in summer which would add more heat to the body. Excess of bath soap usage can also trigger the formation of dry skin, making you vulnerable to eczema. Do not take the foods that are allergic. You can buy over the counter topical creams for treating nummular eczema and in severe case, doctors will give you corticosteroids.
