If you have a very sensitive bladder, you may feel acute, drastic urges to urinate, even at night. 1. Fruits

4. Onions

  • Cabbage: Not many people appreciate cabbage as a vegetable. However, it has a lot of benefits especially when used in slaws, salads and sautés. The red and green varieties are highly recommended for a sensitive bladder.
