Every day before I go to sleep, I take one lemon from the fridge and place it on the counter along with the cayenne pepper bottle. After waking up in the morning, the first thing I do is to switch on my electric tea pot. Even when I am not in my house, or out on vacations, I take a few lemons with me in my luggage, so that I can make and drink my detox water daily.
