Today, many people are complaining about fatigue. So, are you among the tired all the time men? It is normal to be tired after a busy day, but once the fatigue becomes a chronic issue and gets in the way of your daily activities, there might be an underlying problem. 1. Low Testosterone
Testosterone plays a major role in the body from maintaining sex drive, bone density and muscle mass among others. A drop in testosterone can lead to increase in body fat, decreased sex drive, sleep problems such as insomnia and decreased motivation. These symptoms collectively lead to chronic mental and physical fatigue as well as low energy. 2. Thyroid Problems
Low levels of thyroid hormone (Hypothyroidism) can cause you to feel tired all the time due to low energy levels. Men who have it might be as a result of donating blood too often or being on a vegetarian diet. Other types of anemia might cause vitamin deficiency like vitamin B12. Symptoms of iron-deficiency anemia include tingling in the feet and hands, dizziness, Headache, shortness of breath, pale skin and fatigue. 8. Chronic Fatigue
Chronic fatigue is a condition that causes fatigue to come over you such that you cannot go on with your normal routine. You also feel very tired after a doing something very small. Symptoms of chronic fatigue include joint and muscle pain, headache, inability to concentrate and tender lymph nodes. The cause of this condition is yet to be known.


9. Food Intolerance and Allergies

  • Some drugs can also cause fatigue. Such drugs include Blood Pressure medication, pain medication, heart drugs, as well as some antidepressants. Abuse of alcohol, excessive caffeine intake, antihistamine use and cough drugs can also cause fatigue.
